You might have noticed that the newsflash is still "flashing" news stories from ages ago! Talk about old news! Im going to fix this soon, so bare with me. In the mean time if anyone knows how to solve this problem using Sine wave (hwaldung pahdo), or Jirugi, Im all ears (gwi)

I am pleased to inform you that on Saturday 17th October 2009, Senior Instructors Mr Archer VI and Mr Ridley VI will be conducting a training session at Astley Sports College, Yew Tree Lane, Dukinfield, SK16 5BL. All money raised by this training session will be donated to the charity Mission Cure Bangladesh.

Oral disease, facial defects and deformities are a common occurence in Bangladesh and include oral cancer, cleft lip and palate and diseases of the facial bones. Acid burns and traumatic facial injuries resulting in gross facial disfigurement are common and are often left untreated.

The aim of the charity is to raise £1.5 million to establish a specialist hospital for Maxillofacial Surgery, which will provide free treatment and be in easy reach for the majority of the inhabitants of Bangladesh. The charge for the training session will be £5 for children and £7.50 for adults. Children will be training from 10am - 12pm and adults from 12:30pm - 4pm. There will also be a raffle drawn at the end of the adults training session. Prizes include 1 month free training, 1 year free insurance, wine, champagne, etc with the main prize being a Fender electric guitar. Tickets are £5 per strip and can be purchased from your instructor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to train with two of the most Senior Instructors in our Association, who are travelling a long way and donating their time free of charge to train our students and help us to raise money for a very good cause so please try your best to make sure this event is a success. You will not be disappointed.

Please confirm your attendance with your Instructor as soon as possible in order for us to get an idea of numbers, you can just turn up on the day though if need be.
